At NuPhy, we strive for total customer satisfaction with our mechanical keyboards and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all keycaps, switches, cables, and tools that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or address to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking information.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the hardware for any damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
